Mrs. Shyamala Shrinivas, a dual Post Graduate in Mathematics & Physics, has an experience of over 25 years in teaching both the subjects to IIT aspirants. If you are an IITian (or know someone) belonging to Bhilai or Ranchi, chances are strong that you know Mrs. Shyamala Shrinivas.

Mr. Sanjeet Singh Adarsh, B. Tech. (Mech. Engg) from IIT Bombay, is quite known about his deep passion in teaching basic Physics to motivated students at the IIT-JEE/Olympiads level.        

The biggest testimony to his passion towards Physics teaching is the fact that he recently left a lucrative software development job at PTC (www.ptc.com) where he had been working for the past 10+ years.

Shrinivas Academy got its birth in June-2008, when Sanjeet Singh Adarsh, Shyamala Shrinivas and R. Shrinivas decided to join hands to create an institute where imparting an in-depth knowledge of  the subjects will be the only goal.

Their vision is appreciated and well supported by M. Prakash Academy (www.mprakashacademy.co.in), an institute which needs no introduction to any Puneite.

In addition to being the main Physics Faculty, Sanjeet Singh Adarsh is the Academic Director at Shrinivas Academy and Mr. Ramaswamy Shrinivas B. Tech. (Metallurgy Engg,  IIT Madras), the Administrative Director, looks  after all the administrative/business functions.

Shrinivas Academy was earlier known as Shrinivas' Daedalus Learning Centre, operating at NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune.

The methodology adopted by us is to teach the right theoretical concepts to a great depth followed by rigorous problem-solving skills. 

We strongly believe that an in-depth subject knowledge is above any exam or its "pattern". If a student is well equipped with the right knowledge he/she can face any such exam designed at the high school level.

Towards the end of the course we expose our students to different types of exam patterns so as to make his/her training complete in all sense.
